The Administrative Department of the City Government handles a variety of functions including accounting, finance, billing, human resources, project management, events, and community services. The Administrative Department is led by the City Manager and the City Clerk, and its offices are located in City Hall at 320 North Louisville Street. All Open Record Requests should be directed to the City Manager and/or the City Clerk as per City policy. Once received, the requests will be sent to the Department(s) that would be responsible for the compilation of the information. We have three business days from the date of the request to determine if the requested records, or portions of such records, are open or closed. If the records are closed, the agency must respond in writing specifying the legal authority for restricting access to the records. Otherwise, the records are to be provided within the three-day period or a plan for providing access to the records is to be provided to the requester.
