Exhibitor Rules & RegulationsAll tables, chairs, tents, etc. must be provided by the exhibitor. Tents and canopies can be used. Electrical hook-ups will not be available for exhibitors. All booths must be set up and ready for the show to begin at 9:00 a. m. Set up time starts at 6:00 a.m. and ends at 8:00 a.m. Booths must remain open until 5:00 p.m. (except in the case of inclement weather). NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND CAN BE SOLD.AdvertisingExtensive advertising and promotion of The Oliver Hardy Festival will be made through local newspaper, television and radio stations for Public Service Announcements. Flyers and posters are distributed to surrounding counties and businesses.ApplicationsThe application must be completed and returned by September 1st. After this date, add $25.00. NO REFUNDS AFTER SEPTEMBER 10TH. The application must be accompanied by the entry fee and brief description of your craft. Notification of acceptance and space assignment will be mailed. Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.The Festival Coordinator/Festival Committee reserves the right to reject or remove from the show any work it considers unsuitable, with NO REFUND!
Proceeds go toward the operating cost of the Laurel & Hardy Museum.The City of Harlem, the Oliver Hardy Festival committee members and/or anyone affiliated with the Festival will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury during the show. |
